Optimal Design for Laboratory Applications

Our Centrifuge Tube Conical Bottom is engineered for diverse laboratory purposes such as sample collection, mixing, and storage. With its conical design, the tube allows for excellent sedimentation and minimal residue, ensuring maximum yield during centrifugation. Its robust polypropylene construction offers chemical resistance and durability, making it ideal for routine lab work in clinical, diagnostic, and research settings.

Sterilization for Maximum Sample Integrity

To safeguard your samples against contamination, these centrifuge tubes are supplied either gamma irradiated or autoclaved. Both sterilization methods reliably eliminate microorganisms, ensuring that tubes are safe for direct use with sensitive biological and clinical specimens. This guarantees peace of mind in laboratory protocols requiring the highest cleanliness standards.

Long Shelf Life and Reliable Supply

With a shelf life of up to 5 years, our conical bottom centrifuge tubes provide long-term usability and stability for inventory management. This makes them a cost-effective and trustworthy choice for laboratories, research institutions, and clinical settings seeking dependable consumables that last.

FAQs of CENTRIFUGE TUBE CONICAL BOTTOM:

Q: How should I use the conical bottom centrifuge tube for sample collection and storage?

A: The conical bottom design facilitates easy sedimentation and recovery of samples, making these tubes ideal for collecting and storing biological or chemical samples prior to analysis. Simply dispense your sample into the tube and seal it as required.

Q: What is the benefit of choosing gamma irradiated or autoclaved centrifuge tubes?

A: Gamma irradiation and autoclaving ensure sterility, protecting your samples from microbial contamination. This is especially beneficial when working with sensitive clinical or research samples that require stringent cleanliness.

Q: When should I opt for a 5 mL vs. a 50 mL centrifuge tube?

A: Choose the tube size based on your sample volume. Use smaller capacities, like the 5 mL tube, for precious or limited samples, and larger tubes, such as 50 mL, for bulkier preparations or larger batch processing.

Q: Where are these centrifuge tubes widely used?

A: These tubes are frequently used in clinical laboratories, research institutions, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and academic settings across India for various processes involving sample processing, mixing, and storage.

Q: What is the expected shelf life of conical bottom centrifuge tubes?

A: The provided centrifuge tubes can be safely stored for up to 5 years, ensuring dependable use over an extended period without loss of integrity or functionality.

Q: How do I maintain sample integrity during laboratory processes?

A: Always use tubes that have been properly sterilized, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and follow standard lab protocols for sample handling. Make sure to store tubes in appropriate conditions recommended by your lab manual.

Q: What material are these centrifuge tubes made from, and what are its advantages?

A: Our tubes are made from polypropylene, known for its excellent chemical resistance, durability under centrifugation, and compatibility with a wide range of laboratory reagents.
