Efficient Sample SeparationThis centrifuge machine is ideal for processing a variety of laboratory samples with rapid and reliable separation capabilities. Its fixed angle rotor design enables high-speed rotations, ensuring clear separation of liquids and particulates for accurate results in research, clinical, or industrial labs.
Robust Safety MechanismsUser safety is a priority with integrated features like lid interlock and imbalance detection. The machine will not operate unless the lid is securely closed, and it can automatically halt if an imbalance is sensed, protecting users and maintaining sample integrity during operation.
Quiet and Stable PerformanceOperating at noise levels below 55 dB, the centrifuge provides a quiet work environment. Its stable build ensures vibration-free usage, supporting frequent use in busy laboratories without disturbing other activities.
FAQs of Table Top Centrifuge Machine:
Q: How does the Table Top Centrifuge Machine work for laboratory sample separation?
A: The centrifuge uses a fixed angle rotor spinning up to 4000 RPM to generate high centrifugal force (2300 x g), separating liquid and solid components of samples efficiently for further laboratory analysis.
Q: What safety features are present in this centrifuge machine?
A: The machine is equipped with a lid interlock to prevent operation when the lid is open and automatic detection of rotor imbalance, which stops the device to avoid accidents and preserve sample quality.
Q: When is it best to use this centrifuge in a laboratory setting?
A: It is suitable for routine sample processing, such as blood, urine, or chemical reagents, especially when high-speed and reliable separation are required under controlled temperature conditions (-10C to +40C).
Q: Where is this Table Top Centrifuge Machine commonly used?
A: This model is widely utilized in research, clinical, and industrial laboratories across India, wherever rapid and efficient sample separation is demanded.
Q: What are the benefits of its low noise operation?
A: With noise levels below 55 dB, the centrifuge allows for a peaceful work atmosphere, minimizing disruption to laboratory workflow and enabling concentration on other tasks.
Q: How can users ensure safe and effective operation of the centrifuge?
A: Users should always check the lid is securely locked before starting, load samples evenly to avoid imbalance, and operate the machine within specified voltage and temperature ranges for optimal performance and safety.
